Quality was superb especially compared to other similar things on the market. Im going to assume that the chicken was cooked in a combi oven or sous vide, as it was extremely tender even after reheating. Major bonus points there. Honestly, I did some quick calculations and figured out how to make it at home, sous vide etc…..I know its insanely expensive to ship with cool packs etc……Ill happily use again if in a pinch, but if youre low on time and need a great option, this is it.
