The two connecting sides inside are not flat which means the bread loaf will come out indented. They are also not long enough, thus leaving a big gap which will trap grease and also making it impossible to clean. This is my fourth Japanese bread pan and I was very happy with the first three, two of which have been in use for more than twelve years.(thought this mini size would make a good addition) but now I don’t know what to do with it.
