The prawns are absolutely delicious. They arrived with plenty of dry ice still keeping all the packages frozen. We have told many people about Alaska Gold their wonderful products and we love that they are a co-op.

Little treats from the sea

The quality of these spot prawns is impeccable. I personally prefer spot prawns to crab or lobster. They are so sweet and have a wonderful mouthfeel. The key is not to cook too long. Personally, I prefer mine raw. I'll add to a pasta or risotto once those are done cooking, but no other heat than that. The quality of Alaska Gold's spot prawns is off the charts. Really love these!
