When my daughter first noticed the bands, about a year ago, I thought great, cute idea. Little did I know and a lot I've learned about the value in one small band! These are a great idea for everyone whether they are pole vaulters or not. I keep getting reviews for these bands and can't recommend them enough! We've shared them with teammates, coaches, another vaulters and non vaulters.
