A great book that help me coach aftar not being in the track world for 12 years. This also help me coach a kid to state!

Great book

I am a retired coach and official. This is my second purchase of this fantastic resource. The first one I gave to my replacement at my high school. The second to a young lady who does some house cleaning for us and is a beginner-11th grade pole vaulter. She needs help and I felt this was the best way I could help her. She has improved 9” in the past two meets after having received the book from me. You can draw your own conclusions. Thanks Shawn. Your videos are great too!

Detailed and helpful

This book on its own is a coach. I started pole vaulting two months ago and now I jump 10ft with the help of this book. There are a lot of details and information on how to do each part of the jump. Awesome job by Shawn. I would love it if I could reach out to Shawn and ask for more of his advices to jump even higher.
