Don't Believe Everything You Think (Expanded Edition): Why Your Thinking Is The Beginning & End Of Suffering

I have read many good books this year, and one that really made an impression on me was Joseph Nguyen’s book, “DON’T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU THINK”. At 75, almost 76 years old, I realize my younger self would have greatly benefited from the wisdom put forth in this book. In fact, I liked this book so much that I purchased several copies and gave them to others. This is a book that will benefit anyone who reads it. Good work Joseph.

I was happy to see the “Expanded Edition” released after enjoying the first edition so much! I haven’t finished reading this yet, but I’m confident I’ll enjoy what’s ahead. This is a good one to read, and reread from time to time. Highly recommended from this busy introspective mind. 👍🏻👍🏻
