Ripple Fountain

I was so excited to receive it, but have been immensely dissatisfied so far. And it is because....exclusively, so far because of the damned instructions...or lack thereof. I had to make 3 calls to your help line because the "directions" contained a grand total of 2 steps (basically) on how to put everything together. Unbelievable. In the future, I recommend that for every one of your products you take your time and go through EACH step on how to assemble the product. Plus, it doesn't even describe the contents of the parts packet or even clear directions WHERE they go and HOW to put everything together. And did I mention that the directions don't even tell you how much water to put in?????? C'mon!!!! Bad, very bad. I hope the fountain works better than the directions, assuming I ever get it put together.

This made for a really special gift for our dad's birthday! Solid, well made, and good communication throughout delivery.
