I have been using ashwagandha for years. I have never tried the powdered version until now. I like it, mix it in my coffee everyday. You do need to give the coffee a good stir a few times while drinking. Does not dissolve in the coffee. I can’t taste a difference.

Love it! I put it in my coffee every morning.
