Great customer support, harness still being evaluated

Our 14lb boy, Zeus, loves his outdoor time. The new XL harness is a good addition. There are a couple of pain points though. The buckles are very stiff to open. Takes just the right amount of pinch and would be a real hassle for someone with limited dexterity. And this one is just me but when the harness is fastened from the back the buckles seem to the on the “wrong side” for a right handed person. Will need an adjustment for the human in this scenario. Customer service has been very responsive at pre-sale and post purchase even though there is no “fix” for the stiff buckles. Packaging and delivery was outstanding.

From the packaging, to the product and down to the little gift they gave my kitty, if I could give it more than 5 stars I would!!! They put in so much detail into the box where the harness came in, it truly feels luxe!!! The harness itself is amazing it feels very sturdy and it shows that excellent quality materials were used to make it. My kitty isn't really an adventure cat, he just needs it to be able to fly with us but so far he's done quite well with his harness training! It really helped that SurferCat gifted him a tube treat so of course he enjoyed it with his first use of the harness. He didn't seem uncomfortable and he didn't hate it (which is what I thought was going to happen, he hates anything on him). The XL fit him very well, he's quite a big boy at 16lbs. Overall, HIGHLY satisfied, not only with the product but with the attention to detail the business owners have.

Quick shipping and it was on my doorstep in no time! The harness itself is gorgeous and good quality. My cat, already pretty well acclimated to harnesses, took to this without a problem. It’s been easily the easiest to adjust and put on. Customer service was also top notch and the handwritten note on my invoice was kind too. For the cost, quality, and investment in walking your cat outside - I am so happy I went with this company!
