The Bag is well made, with durable materials, and for the most part functions as it should. I had high hopes for this bag, and spent more than I typically would. But as I travel with my dog often I thought it would be a valuable purchase. However, the design of the bag has considerable flaws. Its shape is more oval, rather a rectangle, or triangle - meaning the bed of the bag has rounded corners that don’t make full contact with the ground. This paired with the bags tall design and very narrow channel makes it impossible for my dog to get in and turn around, without tipping over the bag, which is generally very unstable even when standing on its own. This issue makes this well made product generally unusable for any considerable travel, and although the bag is airline approved, it’s really only good for short stints of use. I had bought the bag in the U.S, because there was no Canadian dealers I could find, I was unable to return the product once I made this realization. I am not usually inclined to make any negative reviews, but since I purchased this bag without adequate available research/reviews. I figured people should be aware before purchasing.
