I read many of the reviews before making the purchase, I wasn't really sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised when the Gut Reset really did make a difference for me. Bloating improved, less gas and less pain in the gut after eating. I found taking the Gut Reset just before lunch helped me get through the afternoons. I'll be back for more.
