Hi. I'm a 70 year old over weight female and I live alone in an apt. My equipment was delivered at my door which was a blessing. I got it in and took my time to put it together. If you follow the directions you will have no problem. This rower is what I needed because of my weight walking was a problem. I needed to move and this equipment is helping me. I really love my rower. It's easy for me to use. And I'm more motivated to try harder to better my health. .

The machine works really nice. It is solid we are both in our 80’s and it gives us the resistance we need. Your complete lack of assembly instructions was a problem. A big problem I called you many names before I finally figured it out. It was pretty straightforward after the fact.

I love it, a much fuller workout compared to the straight pull version i purchased from you about 10 years ago which i also loved
