Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Frozen Dough Log

The log as is!

I haven’t had a chance to actually bake the cookies yet, but half the log is gone. Yep, the boys ate half of it raw and said it was fantastic.

Outstanding oatmeal

We baked the oatmeal dark chocolate cookies and ate them hot out of the oven. They were good, however, after they cooled the oatmeal was crispy and the dark chocolate flavour was stronger - they were awesome! The family loves them. Chocolate chip is still our favourite but oatmeal is a close second.
