Excellent for eating and baking

As much as we love these for baking, we eat a lot of them straight from the bag. Great flavor, great mouth feel. The primary use is for cookies, though. Most of our friends have shirts stained by dripping melted chocolate from cookies straight out of the oven. They melt perfectly and are dark enough to balance a sweet cookie dough.
