In looking at the ingredients in this formulation, it appears that it is of good qualtiy, except for the microcrystalline cellulose. I really like to see a more complete listing of percentages in capsules, which this doesn't contain. I have ordered something very similar from another company and it contains a complete listing of nutrient values, with no unnecessary additives.

Low Potassium amount

I’ve bought this twice because the potassium content, however the dose is very LOW 8mg per capsule. The Thorne brand Potassium has 99mg per capsule! Few days after my order I noticed a new dr. berg product… Potassium trio! I will order the new one next time. Im planning on finishing this bottle because of the Chromium and perfect blend for aiding to regulate glucose levels when I don’t have another option but carbs in front of me.

It contains Chromium Polynicotinate I've not been able to find this version yet,
