Great journal!
This is my third gratitude journal but second five minutes journal. I love its size, how I can check in with myself morning and evening and it’s just well organized. I’ve become addicted to it and love every minute of it!

Five minute journal
I‘m just saying : it helps! To start the morning with friendly , grateful thoughts, thinking about how I can create a friendly, grateful, positive day and what Ihave to do.
Finish the day with friendly, grateful thoughts. That changed my thinking, my mood, changed my life.
I didn‘t believe it , when I started writing. But it is true.
