I am thoroughly enjoying using the 5 minute journal both in the morning and the evenings. My favourite part about it is that I get those few minutes to connect with my inner self before the busy day begins. If you have been thinking about it and have come across this review, it's your sign to go for it. I thought about it for about a year and so pleased I finally purchased it.

This is a genius idea. So simple yet so effective. It doesn’t take long to complete and it starts changing thought processes straight away. I cannot wait to see how I think in 6 months time. With so much negative news, I was beginning to fear the worst in everything. This is really helping me to focus on good things, I really look forward to using it every morning and evening
