Simple, beautiful tool for daily gratitude!
This is my 3rd 5-Minute Journal! It is a simple, beautifully designed, WELL MADE journal that can withstand daily use. The layout is so easy to follow. It's inspiring without being trite and so easy to use. I gift it on all of my yoga retreats and it's a crowd favorite.

One of the best self-love rituals
Taking time daily to think about the positives in my life, to be conscious of my thoughts and set an intention for the day is one of the best rituals I have implemented lately. Since it’s only 5 minutes or even less, it’s easy to stick to it, but it’s also enough to change your perspective on the entire day. I love it. The journal has swiftly become my very close confident.
