Absolutely delicious

Delicious, but they are THICK
These were amazingly tender and flavorful. But they are thick so take a bit longer than others would in your recipes, so adjust accordingly to ensure everything gets done in the right timing. Will certainly buy again, but considering cutting ours in half again to make for a quicker meal prep and a bit easier to eat, and work in our favorite recipe which is seared lamb chops in a pomegranate reduction sauce.
