Squid - Northern California

While we truly enjoyed the calamari I was surprised it came packaged in one pound boxes instead of the usually packaging from E-Fish. It also came via UPS instead of FedEx. The delivery was 6:00pm and partially thawed with the outside box soaked. We quickly froze two packages and prepared the one that was thoroughly thawed. I wish I had taken a picture but was busy trying to clean and cook it. The flavor and texture were very good 👍🏻 Thanks, Monica B

Excellent quality, what a difference compared to the typical squid that is available in the supermarket.

The squid were good and easy to clean. I sauteed them in olive oil and garlic and put them over spaghetti nero di seppie. Today Im making the famous crispy calamari with curry slaw from Mustards Grill in Napa.
