Cutting uncomfortably into bunions

I have always loved SAS ballet flats. When I went to my local SAS store recently I was told that these had been discontinued, but I may still be able to order them online. I order size 8 wide, as my other SAS flats are perfect fits in this size. Alas, these flats cut directly into my bunions and are not as well designed as the earlier ones I've purchased. They also came in "new colors" that SAS desribes as "fun." I did not find these fun at all. Rather they looked rather cheap and tacky.
