Not only is this a gorgeous belt, it is very heavy duty and does the job. I do a ton of squats and deadlifts, and this belt stabilizes my back perfectly. The clip in the front makes it easy to get on and off. I love it. I use it pretty much every workout.

I could tell that Uppper's lever belts were high quality from photos/videos, but my expectations were exceeded. The quality in combination with such a beautiful color is hard to beat! Worth every penny for a gym girlie (or guy) wanting some extra support for heavy lifts.
