AmScope PS100-WB Microscope Slide Wooden Box (100 Slide Capacity)

Arrived damaged and unusable. No reply from AmScope.

This part of my order seems to have been carelessly tossed into the shipping box. The Microscope was in a secure box inside a bigger box that also contained some slide boxes and cover slips. Everything was packaged well except for the slide box. The slide label sheet had been torn away along with the center divider. Had this been properly packed and at least wrapped in plastic (like the slides and cover slips) this may have arrived in order. However, there seems to be a bigger issue here with the overall quality of the slide case as the center divider is warped and the label sheet was not properly fastened to the case. I contacted AmScope right away about this and as of to day, I still have not had a response from them. Very disappointed in that regard. The microscope, by the way, is excellent. No complaints about the quality of that or the slides/coverslips. I am not happy about the slide box. Granted, in terms of cost, its not a huge loss, but a loss nonetheless. They should have at least sent a working replacement.

This product is exactly as described and perfectly suits our young Grand Daughter's serious interest in Science. She's enjoying the prepared slides, blanks and accessories. The only reason I gave your product 5 stars is because 10 wasn't among the choices. Thank you for the excellent service and quick delivery.
