As usual, Henry makes things conceptual and gives the techniques to back it up (or is it the other way around ?) I really really like the uke trying the moves and Henry adjusting and correcting. This format should be encouraged and it's much better than the silent yes-man uke that we are used to seeing. It is pricey, but it's top notch info and the delivery of the said info is very conducive for learning.

Great video on an often overlooked concept, connection. You get to Henry teach and show the techniques, then he coaches a less experienced grappler through the move. I think about all of Jiujitsu with the lens of true connection now. It's a bit expensive relative to the amount of content but no one is teaching it.
