Really good

I had to check this wasn't Greg Hamilton and I'm pleased he's not, this is a brilliant instructional, with a lapel system I'll definitely make use of. The introduction was a bit weird, but the rest is fantastic. So far it's just from the closed guard, I don't know if the whole thing is, but I'd say it's still worth it.
