Took a long time to hear from them after ordering then when I hit them up, it took a long time to ship, the bottle is nice but on the heavy side.

I bought this because I am going on an international trip and always like to carry a water bottle with me;however, other bottles were too big or cumbersome to put in my bag. That's why I bought this memobottle. It fits snug in my backpack pocket and is super convenient. I was split between choosing this one and the taller slim version, but I am still happy with my decision!
