Jude Flare Jeans Pattern

Not what I was expecting

I was looking for a boot cut jeans pattern that was slim looking. I should have paid more attention to the pictures and illustrations. They turned out just like the pictures, not slim at all. They went together well, like all closet core patterns always do, but it wasn't quite what I wanted. It's definitely a great pattern, but not for me.

For a gal who was born in the 60’s this pattern rocks!

I had to make several alterations for my 4’11” frame, totally worth the time. So cute! I’m going to wear some platforms and a cute T-shirt with this. Groovy!

These jeans were a pleasure to sew and are a pleasure to wear. The flare is hip and I love the pockets. I get compliments every time I wear them. Thanks to Closet Core's exhaustive jean fitting guide I was able to achieve a perfect fit and they are snug and incredibly comfortable which is a rarity for me in pants.
