Awesome that I found this online/google. Was skeptical at first but the video helped me out a lot plus it was way cheaper than trying to get a technician and buying it from them. Overall it is great and it works fine. No issues at all.

I found Ben's on YouTube. His instructional videos are the sole line of defense against the appliance industry's planned obsolescence conspiracy. First, my GE washer control board died a horrible death. Ben's to the rescue. Then my SIL's Samsung dryer decided to stop drying. Ben's offered an entire element assembly for less than most offered just the element. How? Only Ben knows. But if you need a DIY appliance repair part and Ben's has it, buy it. Now.
