Love it looked exactly how i expected but it did take a long time to get here still very much happy with my purchase tho if you plan on buying just know the production of the product takes like 2 weeks than it gets shipped

I have not received this item, the website said it would take up to two weeks longer than the chair to be delivered, and have been in contact with the company and they said the customized headrest was on its way, I got updates saying it was in my hometown, and the very next day it said it was delivered. I walked outside to find nothing. So far if I could give 0 stars I’d give 0 stars. I paid extra for this to be customized and sent, I’d like a refund if I’m not going to receive it. If a refund can’t be made I’d like the headrest to be delivered as soon as possible thanks.
