Freeze Dried Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

Restaurant in a pouch?

If I had been served this spaghetti with meat sauce on a plate at a local restaurant while traveling, I would never have guessed it was a freeze-dried meal. The recipe is terrific (love the little hint of sweetness) and the texture is spot on ("on point" you might say). I did add a touch more water than called for to get a consistency that I really liked. So far, this is my "must have" on the next order.
