I thought I was about to get a plastic wrist band like every valiant cause has in the States, they are much better than that though! Comfortable in multiple sizes, Shawn's wrist bands are a stylish way to practice mindfulness!

Great motivator

We had a couple kids with anxiety this year and few others who needed something else to think about to achieve their best . These bands are perfect. Glad we purchased them.
