Great customer service

I purchased the whole set of Prime Rose.I I was splitting a turkey and chopped a few bones that a probably shouldn't have,the blade chipped in 2 spots. I contacted customer service and was immediately issued a replacement. I couldn't have asked for any better service. I do and will continue to recommend Folded Steel Knives.
