Products are excellent; shipping cost too high

I've purchased your products in stores and love them. This was my first time ordering on line and it was easy. My only complaint is how much you charge for shipping, your cheapest option was approx $15. These products don't have to be refrigerated and most of the products are small in size so not sure why so high. It would be nice to have an option where you can select a delivery time of say a week and cost is cheaper.
