I’m a simple cook in our kitchen… a good knife , cutting board, ample light and fresh air. Oh! And good ingredients! I have very few appliances. My favorite it my VitaClay pot! Best rice, hot cereal, coconut milk yogurt! Great for when I am alone, want to start a meal and walk away. Thank you!
