perfect bread pan

I have metal sensitivities so the ceramic is perfect. I love that it is non-toxic and still gives the edge of the bread a little crustiness.

Love my loaf pans!

I’ve had Extrema cook and bake ware for years and dropped and broke my loaf pan. Since I make two loaves of bread a week I needed it desperately. I’m so thankful for my two new loaf pans. I can be sure I am not getting any chemicals leaching into my bread or anything else I bake in these pans.
