Orange Silicon Steam Valve for VF7700-6 and VF7700-8

Not the correct part for my application

Unfortunately the original small silicon steam valve has been upgraded on newer 8 quart models. The new large valve will not function on the older models. I may need to order an entire steam release assembly, but I am unsure if that will work with the older models?
