The Flami Pot | Claypot Dutch Oven

Beautiful looking Dutch oven. Well made. Shipping arrived in a timely manner. This was a gift for my so for father's day. What do you buy a chef that has everything. Answer: A Flami pot . I can't wait to see what he creates for dinner.

Future is full of surprises

I used my purchase for the first time, braising Carne Asada, and the dish came out tender, and was delicious. Great buy, I’m looking forward to future uses.

Decent cookware

This pot is quality. Works well on the stove and in the oven. The only thing is, it's super wide. I feel it should be taller because, when doing things like boiling beans, it's a bit too shallow. It is for this reason that I haven't yet figured out exactly what to use it for, as I bought it for a bean pot.
