What took me so long?!?!

My only regret with this is it took me too long to order. I use it almost every single day. And food does taste incredible in it. I'd read other reviews and was skeptical but, yes, it is delicious! My unit arrived with some minor damage from shipping and customer service helped me out quickly. If you've been on the fence, go for it!

Great multi use cooker

I owned the VM7900 for at least 10 years and it worked well. I purchased the VF7700 as replacement when the older one quit working. The new model does a really nice cooking of brown rice and also whole oat groats. From previous experience, I know vitaclay does a good job with lentils and stews. It cooks gently and thoroughly. I don’t have to watch over the food while it cooks, after I learned how much time and liquid is needed for the lentils beans etc that I usually make. I’ve had good interactions with the customer service team when I needed them.
