How I Start My Day

I always start my day with a daily dose of collagen in my first cup of coffee, and I even travel with it to stay consistent. This collagen tastes slightly beefy and mixes easily into warm/hot water. I’m trying it for my postpartum crackly knee joints and hair loss, so we’ll see if it helps!
