Skin Duo: Collagen & Beef Liver

I love the collagen

I've only took the collagen for about a month or so now. I haven't seen any major difference in my skin, hair and nails... But the girls have stayed big and perky throughout this whole month. The beef liver supplements i'm having trouble staying consistent with because you have to take 4 a day and they're pretty big.

Collagen and Beef Liver

I am on a special protocol and beef liver and collagen are taken daily. I love the fact I can add a scoop of collagen powder to my coffee and to my yogurt or cottage cheese and it doesn't change the taste. I take 3 capsules of beef liver with my breakfast and lunch and I have energy all day long. It is nice to have pure ingredients, simple ingredients!
