Easy and excellent flavor

I really like this smoker a lot. I first smoked brats. I have never had smoked brats before and the flavor blew my mind. Likewise I smoked pork spare ribs and they were delicious. They had just the right amount of bark on the ribs. The thermostat keeps the temperature right on the dot at what a set it with only a single degree variance. The smoker has the perfect amount of space for my family for a young family of six without even using the warming rack. I am very happy with my purchase!

Fast delivery by FedEx. Box had barely any shipping marks. Inside everything was tightly packed. Unbelievable engineering on the packaging. The hardware and owners manual/assembly instructions were perfect. I used my cordless driver mostly but also used my screwdriver and a ratchet for the nuts n bolts. Was exactly 2 hours from cutting the straps to full assembly in my living room. Burned it in the next day after work then the following day i had a brisket ready for the first cook and experiment. My first pellet smoker and i feel like i nailed it pretty good on the brisket. Next use was fancy hamburger patties. I over cooked those a bit but still good. Now i just put chicken wings on. Ill be shopping for a wireless temp probe that i can leave in so im not lifting the lid. Overall i have zero negative words and all positive comments to make. Awesome product guys, thank you. Highly recommended to those shopping for one.

Took a gamble on the Blind Box.. Received the 6002B3 Assembly was straight forward if your mechanicly inclined 90Mins to assemble. Follow instructions for burn in, Also seasoning with a high smoke point oil will be a good idea, grill will need seals. After 3=cooks maintains temp well, and works efficiently. I'm happy so far.. and will likely upgrade to another Zgrill
