SO very pleasantly surprised at the quality of these products! Have been to Italy many times, and know about the different textures and shapes and types of Farina used, and these products are exactly the same. Never did I think I could experience these flavors and textures outside of Italy. We have these Pastas when we are in a celebratory mood, or some other special day.
