Great investment

It’s was seasoned when received. Worked well. Made spaghetti sauce and pasta in it and the seasoning color disappeared. Uh oh. I thought I was in a dire situation. But wiped it clean and cooked eggs and bacon in it the next day and no issues. Its brown black color is coming back and making it an heirloom. Think I need to send some as Christmas presents.

It’s very beautiful, a piece of art and very high quality cookware. Will collect more pieces from this brand.

There is definitely a learning curve with professional cookware but when you get the hang of it you can cook some amazing food!
