Great super hot puree for fermenting

This 1/2 gallon is for fermenting ....it is the secret ingredient in my home made hot sauce. Just blended my last batch after a year of fermentation, excellent! For years I grew my own, that's hard work. Louisiana Pepper Exchange makes it easy and fun again.
