Blackening Rub BEST!
We use the Blackening Rub just about everyday. First of all, every other rub first ingredient is salt. You're blackening rub is by far the best and not loaded with salt. We can't say enough, good things about it, and all the other rubs. We take a pack of Bell Evans thin cut chicken breast coat it with the blackening rub put it in the toaster oven. Six minutes done! No excuses not to cook at home.

Blackening Rub
Honestly, we use this rub on so many things; steak, shrimp, gumbo, chili, roasted potatoes, just to name a few. Whether you add it as a complementary spice or have it stand on its own, you wont be disappointed in its ability to create a wonderful pop of flavor. Try a small jar first but I warn you, you'll be back for the large container. Enjoy!
