Garlic Onion Blend

Yummy!

Works in soups, sauces, frittatas as well as flour coatings for chicken and fish. It's a convenient add-in when you taste test and discover it's still bland. Even using fresh garlic and onions can sometimes not be enough -- a couple sprinkles of the garlic-onion blend will make it sing.

Great for Making Dip

I use the Garlic Onion Blend for making chip dip by adding 2 tablespoons of mix to 1 cup of sour cream and mixing well. My grandfather loves it with his corn chips.

My Husband's Not-So-Secret Ingredient

My husband (and home chef) loves this stuff because everybody he cooks for (including me) loves it! He got it as a gift originally and we have re-ordered several times. I tell him to keep it our little secret but instead, when we have a dinner party, he goes around showing everybody! LOL I guess that's ok. Share the love, right? Adds fantastic flavor to everything from guacamole to grilled chicken to green beans to eggs to .... well, I haven't found anything yet that it doesn't make more awesome!
