Universal binocular, mount and accessories
I ordered the universal binocular mount and several accessories to go with it to improve its degrees of motion and make quick attachment possible for the binoculars.
I am very happy with the equipment. It is of pretty sturdy construction. It looks like it’s going to work well for our requirements.
My biggest issue is that I ordered around 25 July and it took a good 6 to 8 weeks to actually get the product. Then when I got it, it was missing an item which they had to send after the fact.
I had a hard time getting a hold of customer service. I tried calling and emailing and it was very slow getting a response. However, when I did get a response, the representative was very pleasant and helpful and explained why they were having issues. I might also add that I couldn’t leave a message because your voicemail box is full. I mentioned this and it still has not been resolved. I hope to do future business with you, but you guys really need to get on top of communicating with your customers. I’m saying this not just to complain but hopefully to help your business grow. We need good astronomy products available for amateurs.

Good Binocular Device
This binocular mount works well. The documentation could be more thorough. Thank goodness for the video. But there were still some steps that were not covered in the video that could have been better documented. It took me forever to figure out what tripod to use and how to hook it up. There was nothing about the extra rod to adjust the length of the counter weight arm.

A Must Have for Lunar and Cometary Observing
I just got the UBM a couple weeks ago and already during the Total Lunar Eclipse it paid for itself with and easy ability to observe over long stretches and even to sketch great drawings of the eclipse. Along with my other scopes, the UBM is a must have and I don't know how I got along with out out it until now.
