Purchased the Farpoint laser collimator for my Newtonian telescope. I ordered it on a Wednesday, expecting it to arrive in 7-10 days and I received it on Saturday. Very happy about the fast delivery.

Like many people, I was worried about the delivery times. However, they shipped the collimation kit in a week. The collimation kit itself is of very high quality. The laser was perfectly collimated enclosed in a solid piece of metal. Whatever struggles the company is going through, improving communication would really alleviate a lot of the issues. I didn't get any responses via phone or email. I don't mind if the delivery is a month late but I don't want to spend hard-earned money to a shop which has no one to talk to.
