Product is great. Service is the worst.

The laser collimator is superb quality. I did a quick collimation check of the laser itself, and it appears to be very accurate. The issue is that after several attempts to contact anyone at all by email, phone calls, and chat, I received no replies. Neither of the two phone numbers I got from their website are receiving calls anymore. All I want is a simple price adjustment, because after about a week of placing my order, even before it was processed, the price dropped from $217 to $155. Just please provide a price adjustment and I'll be a 5-star customer.
