SHORTENED FERMENTATION

Because of a house party I had to reduce fermentation down to 2 1/2 weeks. Dry hopped for 2 days, forced keg carbonation for 2 days and then served with very positive feedback. And a couple days after initial serving it is getting better. Zombie Dirt is a great and solid beer. Even though the dry hop time and fermentation was shortened it still turned out well. Will definitely do Zombie Dirt again.

Best beer I’ve brewed

Getting lots of compliments on this one. Kegged it a couple of weeks ago, and friends say it’s the best I’ve brewed.
